Concept of facilities and their possibilities, with emphasis on the diversity of solutions developed in 3D and BIM workflow by discipline.
Example apartment project developed in BIM workflow by discipline. Designed to create a concept focused on the possibilities of installations applicable to this type of construction.

Installations: Sanitary, Plumbing, Ventilation, Heating, Cooling, Electricity
Facilities included:
- Sanitary: Separate waste and rainwater drainage systems. Rainwater drainage not included in the concept.
- Plumbing: Distribution in wet rooms via collectors accessible through a false ceiling hatch. Main shut-off valve in kitchen. DHW provided by indoor hydronic unit connected to heat pump.
- Ventilation: Mechanical extraction and supply. Air treatment unit concealed in false ceiling in kitchen.
- Heating: Underfloor heating + electric radiator support in bathroom. Air treatment unit with hydronic circuit to heating/cooling coil for air conditioning.
- Air conditioning: Cooling floor, with cold cycle from indoor hydronic unit. Similar to heating, air treatment unit with hydronic circuit to heating/cooling battery for air conditioning.
- Electricity: Traditional electrification + installation of connection points for air conditioning units and heat pump. Provision for additional dryer outlet in kitchen.
