Sanitary: Sanitary in bathroom areas, both for employees and customers. Including sanitation in indoor wheeled area for truck parking.

Plumbing: Cold water in toilets. Instantaneous hot water located next to sinks.

Ventilation: Mechanical extraction and supply. Air treatment units located on the roof.

Heating: Direct expansion units using cassettes in the interior area. Split units in the office and changing room areas. Heat exchange equipment with outside air located on the roof.

Electricity: Technical room housing the command and control panel. Distribution via trays throughout the building. Photovoltaic installation on the roof.

Fire protection: Installation of fire hydrants, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers near emergency exits.
