Facilities included:
- Sanitary: Separate waste water and rainwater systems.
- Plumbing: Traditional distribution in wet rooms. Main shut-off valve in kitchen. Hot water provided by shared gas heater.
- Ventilation: Mechanical extraction and natural ventilation through windows.
- Heating: Water radiators in bathrooms, kitchen, living room, second floor hallway and bedrooms. Hot water produced by shared gas boiler.
- Air conditioning: Via direct expansion units through ducts. Indoor units divided by floor, common outdoor unit.
- Electricity: Traditional electrification followed by installation of photovoltaic solar panels on the roof. Provision for connection to a charger for electric vehicles in an area next to the parking space inside the property.
- Gas: Temporary installation prepared for future transition to another sustainable fuel. Connection to shared gas boiler in technical room on ground floor. Possibility of replacing with high-temperature heat pump in the future.
