Underground car park of approx. 4800m2, with compartmentalised access to lift lobbies for stairwells in separate blocks.
Concept of facilities and their possibilities, with emphasis on the diversity of solutions developed in 3D and BIM workflow by discipline.

Facilities included:
- Sanitary: Sanitary for water collection in general car park floors, especially next to the entrance ramp. Inclusion of drains in technical rooms at risk of flooding.
- Plumbing: Centralised technical room with water pumping system. Centralised meters divided by block (only pipe distribution for car park included in the standard project).
Ventilation: Mechanical extraction and supply. Fans next to perimeter walls for easy connection to the outside. - Ventilation: Mechanical extraction and supply. Fans next to perimeter walls for easy connection to the outside.
- Heating: Centralised technical room for specific use. Centralised distribution and divergence into branches per block. (only pipe distribution per car park included in the standard project).
- Electricity: Distribution via cable trays, with regulatory separation between power and data. Car park lighting via high-efficiency LED lamps.
- Fire protection: Common technical room with pressure system. Installation of fire hydrants in accordance with regulations. Distribution of pipes to stairwells in each block for subsequent connection on the necessary floors.
