Concept of installations and their possibilities, with emphasis on the diversity of solutions developed in 3D and BIM workflow by discipline.
Example office project developed in BIM workflow by discipline. Designed to create a concept focused on the possibilities of installations applicable in this type of construction.

Facilities: Sanitation, Plumbing, Ventilation, Heating, Cooling, Electricity, Fire protection
Facilities included:
- Sanitation: Wastewater included in bathroom area adjacent to office, on standard floor.
- Plumbing: Centralised cold water and DHW distribution from the technical room to the toilet area.
- Ventilation: Mechanical extraction and supply. Air handling units located on the roof (AHUs not shown in this example project).
- Heating: Centralised distribution by floor from the technical room. Office heated by radiant panels suspended from the ceiling. Air conditioning supply at a temperature close to design.
- Cooling: Similar to heating, using the same centralised system and radiant panels. Summer operating mode, controlled from central BMS to generator.
- Electricity: Distribution via cable trays, with regulatory separation between power and data. Installation of mechanisms in flexible and distributed interior office, by workstations and meeting room.
- Fire protection: Installation of sprinklers in common areas and offices. Provision of smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.
